Keep the conversation moving after the inquiry
An inquiry starts the relationship. Viremix manages the next steps: a relevant response, the questions needed to understand the request, continued follow-up and a clear handoff when it is time to speak with the agent. The process follows your market, brand and agreed response coverage.
Discuss your lead follow-up
What managed real estate lead follow-up includes
A relevant first response
Use the original inquiry to acknowledge what the person actually asked. Capture the campaign, property or market that brought them to you so the conversation starts with context.
Useful qualification
Clarify buyer or seller intent, the area or property involved and the prospect’s stated timing. Keep unanswered questions visible instead of treating an incomplete record as appointment ready.
Continued lead nurturing
Follow the agreed sequence when a prospect needs more time or has not replied. Adjust the next step when they respond, ask a question, book a conversation or request no further contact.
A prepared appointment handoff
When there is a reason to meet, connect the appropriate owner and calendar path. Pass along the inquiry history and confirmed details so the agent can pick up the conversation.

The history stays with the relationship
An agent should not have to reconstruct the conversation from a form notification. We define which information moves into your connected CRM and what the receiving person needs before replying.
- Original inquiry
- The source, property or market and the prospect’s own request.
- Conversation record
- Available replies, confirmed needs and questions awaiting an answer.
- Timing and status
- The prospect’s stated plans and the current follow-up or appointment stage.
- Next action
- The named owner, agreed next communication and any appointment details.
Different inquiries need different follow-up
A seller asking for a valuation and a buyer exploring a future move should not receive an identical next step. These examples show how the agreed process responds to the conversation.
Answer the request before advancing the sale
Preserve the property information and the reason for the inquiry. Clarify what the owner wants to understand, their stated selling timeline and what information the agent needs for a useful discussion.
Next step: a relevant reply, qualification or a prepared seller consultation.
Follow-up that fits your practice
Individual luxury agents
Keep inquiries moving while you are in showings, listing appointments or negotiations. Define the conversations you want to handle personally and the information needed before the handoff.
Teams and brokerages
Connect follow-up with team ownership. Clarify which person takes over, how availability changes the route and how the conversation history stays accessible when an inquiry changes hands.
Build the follow-up process around your sources
Review the inquiry flow
Map your lead sources, current response process, available records and the points where conversations are being lost.
Define the communication brief
Agree the supported channels, brand voice, questions, follow-up cadence, response coverage and exceptions before launch.
Check the complete handoff
Review inquiry capture, replies, CRM updates and the appointment path together. Confirm who owns each step and what your team continues to handle.
Lead follow-up service questions
What is a real estate lead follow-up service?
It manages the work after an inquiry arrives: relevant responses, questions to establish intent and timing, continued nurturing and a handoff to the agent. Viremix defines the included sources, channels, coverage and responsibilities in the engagement.
Can you follow up with leads from my existing campaigns?
We review your sources, available records and supported connections before confirming scope. The service brief identifies which incoming inquiries are included. Older databases and reactivation projects require a separate scope review.
Is lead follow-up the same as lead generation?
Lead generation attracts new inquiries. Follow-up handles the conversation after those inquiries arrive. Viremix can connect both within an agreed engagement, along with qualification and appointment booking.
Can I keep my current CRM?
We assess your CRM, available access and required fields during setup. Supported connections and update responsibilities are confirmed before implementation; compatibility is not assumed for every platform.
Does the service include phone calls, text messages and email?
Channels and response coverage depend on the engagement and supported systems. We agree what is included before launch, including preferences, stop rules and what your team handles directly. A dedicated phone calling team is not implied by this service.
What happens when a prospect is ready to meet?
The inquiry moves through the agreed qualification and calendar path. The receiving agent gets the available context, stated timing, open questions and appointment details.
How is pricing determined?
Review Viremix’s plans, then discuss your sources, required coverage and service scope. Campaign advertising spend, when included in the engagement, is considered separately from service fees.
