Use of Services
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Viremix websites, forms, digital content, and other online properties that reference these Terms. By accessing or using those properties, you agree to these Terms. Client services provided by Viremix are governed separately by the applicable client agreement, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement between Viremix and the client. If there is a conflict, the applicable client agreement controls with respect to those services.
Scope
These Terms apply to Viremix websites, forms, content, and online experiences where they are referenced. They do not replace or modify a separate written client agreement governing paid Viremix services.
Eligibility and Authority
If you use the website on behalf of a company, brokerage, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization in connection with your use of the website.
Prohibited Conduct
Include things such as: attempting unauthorized access
disrupting or interfering with the website
introducing malicious code
scraping or extracting content at unreasonable scale
impersonating another person or organization
submitting false or misleading information
using the website to violate another party’s rights
copying or exploiting Viremix materials beyond permitted use.
Intellectual Property
The Viremix name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, campaign examples, videos, software elements, and other materials displayed through Viremix digital properties may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights. Except where expressly permitted, no license or ownership interest is granted merely through use of the website.
Client-specific creative ownership and usage rights are governed separately by the applicable client agreement.
Information You Submit
If you submit information through a Viremix form, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Viremix Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Viremix digital properties may interact with or link to third-party websites, platforms, scheduling systems, CRM tools, advertising platforms, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
No Reliance on Website Information
Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, appraisal, brokerage, or other professional advice.
Campaign examples, illustrations, scenarios, and interface demonstrations may be presented to explain Viremix services and should not be interpreted as guarantees of a particular commercial outcome.
Disclaimers
Viremix does not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every security issue.
Except as expressly provided in a written client agreement, website content and functionality are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viremix’s liability arising from use of the website or digital properties may be limited as described in these Terms.

Viremix may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent revision. Continued use after an update may be subject to the revised Terms as permitted by applicable law.
